Our head office is located in Cape Town and we have an office in Johannesburg.
At Paperserve we directly employ six staff members with many diverse skills. We directly contract approximately 12 specialists - developersand project managers. We also outsource our full auditing and accounting functions.
At Paperserve we have the ability to customise pricing. We are able to price as a once off capital purchase, a monthly rental, per user or per device we also offer software as a service (SAAS)
Yes most definitely and these are offered in various ways – On a capital purchase software annuity support (SAAS) is included for the first year, and has an annual fee of 18% which is billed on anniversary in advance. On a rental or as a service (SAAS) is built in for the contract period.
Paperserve has engineers and product specialists who are available either telephonically, 24hour online help desk as well as callouts to site.
Our support structures vary from client to client and are defined on actual contract terms. We offer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) which include onsite, remote, helpdesk and telephonic support.
Our products are designed to be as non-intrusive as possible and utilise minimal bandwidth and network resources.
